Diane Vieira
Diane A. Vieira was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Prior to joining de Vries Litigation, Diane articled at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee where she gained experience in estate, charity and capacity law. From 2007 to 2009, Diane was an associate at Hull & Hull LLP where she practiced estate, trust and capacity litigation.
Diane's practice areas include Will challenges, guardianship applications, power of attorney proceedings, passing of accounts, and support claims.
Diane obtained her law degree from Queen's University after completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
