Maya Daniel
Maya is a law clerk and is a qualified member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. Maya was educated in Sri Lanka before immigrating to Canada
Maya has extensive experience in preparing probate applications and assisting clients in administering estates including, preparing letters of direction, listing and liquidating estate assets, advertising for creditors, and communicating with executors, beneficiaries and potential heirs. In 2006, Maya received the 2006 LexisNexis Canada Award for Excellence in Estates Law from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
Maya also has 20 years of experience in litigation, both as an assistant and a duly qualified law clerk. She is highly skilled at drafting notices of motion and applications, supporting affidavits, summarizing transcripts and undertakings, as well as preparing complex affidavit of documents.
